# CANONICAL 100 v1.0 — FROZEN

Freeze scope: numbered public syllabus, public jobs, A/B relationship, convergence decisions, technological-ceiling requirements, and dependency spine.

Status: **FROZEN AT CANON/SYLLABUS LEVEL**.

Runtime migration branch: `workstream/canonical-v1-runtime-migration`.

The migration must preserve Build 001’s working routes while replacing temporary planned records with Canonical 100 v1.0 definitions. `data/canonical-100-lineage-v1.json` is the machine-readable dependency source on this branch.

Frozen does not waive per-build research, product, engineering, evidence, accessibility, security, comprehension, B-Web, B-MP4, or release gates. Every build must still reach its maximum warranted technological ceiling when implemented.
