SYSTEM OF RECORD

THE WORK DOES NOT LIVE IN CHAT.

This is the public map of records currently certified for release. Program-level records and certified build archives for 001–006 are available now. Structured public archives are available for 007–044 without claiming every release gate is complete. Later retained records remain in certification and are not represented here as complete.

ARCHIVE POLICY

The certification standard for every numbered cycle is to retain: the problem/question, research/evidence, A-Web, B-Web, B-LinkedIn, architecture decisions, source/provenance boundaries, reusable method, limitations, release/audit evidence, lineage, canonical implementation paths, and plans/open threads that materially affect later builds.

PROGRAM-LEVEL RECORDS

The documents that govern the whole sequence

100-cycle master syllabusdocs/100-cycle-master-syllabus.md

The frozen sequence, learning progression, A/B expectations, and compounding logic for all 100 cycles.

OPEN FULL RETAINED RECORD →
Execution feasibility + architecture auditdocs/100-build-execution-feasibility-architecture-audit.md

The feasibility, roles, architecture, operating model, and execution constraints used to decide whether the 100-build program could actually be built.

OPEN FULL RETAINED RECORD →
Strategic value auditdocs/100-builds-strategic-value-audit.md

Why the 100 builds exist, what makes them saveable/useful, and how the sequence connects to public value rather than novelty alone.

OPEN FULL RETAINED RECORD →
Canonical sequence completeness auditdocs/canonical-sequence-completeness-audit.md

The audit that checked the 100-cycle canon for gaps, duplicates, progression, and missing capability classes.

OPEN FULL RETAINED RECORD →
Frozen canonical declarationdocs/CANONICAL-100-V1-FROZEN.md

The record establishing Canonical 100 v1 as the sequence used by the gallery and build registry.

OPEN FULL RETAINED RECORD →
Build release standard v1docs/build-release-standard-v1.md

The standing release gate covering public value, technological ceiling, evidence, accessibility, privacy, fallback, resilience, metadata, B-LinkedIn, and adversarial QA.

OPEN FULL RETAINED RECORD →
Exhibition Space design systemdocs/exhibition-space-design-system.md

The visual and interaction language used to replace the prior skin and make the gallery read as a public exhibition rather than an internal dashboard.

OPEN FULL RETAINED RECORD →
Public site reskin architecturedocs/public-site-reskin-architecture.md

The architecture for entrance, gallery, build rooms, lifecycle states, public records, and conversion path.

OPEN FULL RETAINED RECORD →
Visual builds handoffdocs/visual-builds-handoff.md

The reusable A/B-Web/B-LinkedIn motion architecture and production logic intended to travel into other content programs.

OPEN FULL RETAINED RECORD →
Infrastructure manifestdocs/infrastructure-manifest.json

The concrete artifact-lineage ledger showing what reusable primitives earlier builds created and later builds actually imported.

OPEN FULL RETAINED RECORD →
001–006 archive + media backfill certificationdocs/builds/001-006-archive-media-backfill-certification.md

Exact certified head, CI run, deployed-preview verification, integration decision, and reusable infrastructure left forward before Build 007.

VISUAL ASSET OPERATIONS

One ledger. One hundred truthful states.

This review surface is calculated directly from the canonical acquisition ledger and integrity manifests. It is not a second hand-maintained status report. “Staged” means the exact official source is preserved in the repository; it does not mean a rendered crop is approved or live.

Capture-review disposition: Six direct-fit excerpts passed exact-source, rights/notice, fidelity, accessibility, attribution, no-mark and no-endorsement review. Five were rejected for contextual mismatch and remain nonselected with RN fallbacks.

Canva-ready 100-cover distribution

The deterministic handoff contains the current cover decision for every build: 26 live official source-context covers and 74 RN-owned covers. It includes one metadata sidecar per cover, a CSV/JSON inventory, credits, alt text, captions, source and rollback links, claim and no-endorsement boundaries, checksums, and import instructions. Packaging does not change any canonical cover decision.

PUBLIC BUILD ARCHIVE COVERAGE

001–044

CERTIFIED PUBLIC ARCHIVES: 001–006 · STRUCTURED PUBLIC ARCHIVES, CERTIFICATION OPEN: 007–044 · RETAINED ARCHIVE RECORDS, NOT YET PUBLICLY STRUCTURED: 045–054 AND 087–100 · SPECIFICATION-ONLY COVERAGE: 055–086

BUILD 001Human Review Design Framework

Human presence is not the same thing as meaningful human review. Timing, evidence, authority, escalation, records, and the ability to change or stop an outcome have to be designed separately.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 002Multi-Audience Meaning Architecture

Audience adaptation should transform register and explanation while preserving a separate source-of-truth object, explicit anchors, and an independent drift check.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 003Unserved Decision Discovery

A market/content problem can hide a decision-system gap: people may already have information but still lack a repeatable way to decide what to do.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 004Manual Intelligence Engine

A research system should expose collection, provenance, source/claim separation, verification state, contradiction, uncertainty, and synthesis rules before any automation is allowed to hide them.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 005Service-to-Software Discovery

Repetition alone is not an automation opportunity. Map the service step-by-step, preserve judgment where it is central, remove low-value repetition, and prototype only the stable rule-bound work.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 006Does This Actually Deserve to Be Software?

Software is one possible form—not the default answer. Test value, recurrence, buyer clarity, software advantage, maintenance, expert judgment, durable data, and scale before choosing SOFTWARE / SERVICE / DATASET / COMPANY / KEEP SIMPLE.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 007Feedback Loop Product Architecture

A product learns only when use, outcomes, corrections, and unmet needs can reach a named human control, become a bounded change, be validated and communicated, and return to monitoring within explicit privacy limits.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 008Decision-Ready Dashboard Standard

A dashboard becomes decision-ready only when relevant evidence is connected to a named decision, accountable owner, authorized action, timing, escalation, and an observable next state—with a human able to review caveats and resolve conflicts.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 009Place-Sensitive Technology Readiness

Transferability is not a property of technology alone. Requirements must be tested against evidenced local capacity, prevailing hazards, access needs, operating systems, and legitimate local authority before a bounded pilot.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 010Give the Idea a Skeleton

Ambiguous concepts become testable when their entities, fields, relationships, constraints, and source rules are explicit—without confusing structural validity with truth.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 011Entity / Ownership Resolution X-Ray

Similarity is not identity. Resolution requires a valid entity model, source-linked support and conflict evidence, attribute minimization, and an accountable human decision record.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 012AI Use Consequence & Control Mapper

AI controls should follow the consequence of a bounded use—not the prestige of a model or a generic risk label.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 013AI Workflow Consequence Scanner

AI consequence is produced by an end-to-end workflow. A risk entering one stage can survive every downstream handoff when ownership, control, stop authority, or monitoring is missing.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 014Legal Judgment Architecture

A tool may produce legal text, but responsibility does not move with the text. Research, interpretation, inference, strategy, approval, professional judgment and client authority require distinct allocations.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 015Repeated Legal Task → Product Engine

Repetition is evidence of a pattern, not permission to automate judgment. Reusable structure must be separated from matter facts, confidentiality, legal conclusions, strategy, approval, and client authority.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 016Legal Workflow Mapping System

A legal task is an operational network. Actors, documents, authorities, deadlines, decisions, risks, records, and handoffs must be explicit before a workflow is accountable.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 017Regulated-Market Handoff Mapper

Regulated work does not become safe because every organization has its own box. Responsibility, evidence, permission, acceptance, incident duties, records, and recourse must survive every transfer.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 018Institutional Friction Detector

An official process is also an experienced path. Waits, repeated loops, duplicate demands, dead ends, and ownerless states can make a valid institutional outcome inaccessible.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 019Consequence-Aware Escalation Router

An alert is useful only when its consequence, evidence, owner, authority, channel, acknowledgement clock, backup, and next step are explicit.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 020Decision Evidence Ledger

A decision is accountable only when its actor, authority, time, evidence, alternatives, acknowledgement, result, and correction history remain linked without silently replacing earlier records.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 021AI Vendor Claim / Procurement X-Ray

A vendor promise becomes decision-ready only when the exact entity, proposition, evidence, scope, consequence, control, commitment, remedy, and correction path are explicit.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 022Human Consequence Map for AI Workflows

AI workflow consequences do not stop at a model output or institutional boundary. Direct subjects, households, workers, and communities need separate visibility, representation, notice, correction, and recourse.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 023Consent & Data Rights Manager

Consent is not a one-time checkbox. Each purpose, data use, recipient, retention period, downstream use, withdrawal, and rights response needs its own inspectable record.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 024Privacy & Data Minimization Engine

Privacy improves when every field must earn collection, retention, derivation, and disclosure—and when unjustified data is excluded before it becomes risk.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 025AI Implementation Readiness X-Ray

Implementation readiness requires evidence across people, data, workflow, controls, and evaluation, plus bounded authority, stop conditions, incident routing, and a defensible vendor claim.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 026Messy Data Trust X-Ray

Data becomes more trustworthy when normalization is explicit, every transformation remains reversible, possible duplicates wait for review, and the clean record never loses its source.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 027Creator Ownership Stack Mapper

Creator ownership is a stack of asset identity, rights evidence, platform relationships, export paths, backups, transferability, and revocation exposure—not a single OWN label.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 028Finding Is Part of Knowing

Finding becomes part of knowing when corpus structure, normalization provenance, query expansion, facets, evidence priority, weights, tie-breaking, and every result rationale remain inspectable.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 029Change & Consequence Explorer

A change becomes governable when the version event preserves actor, reason, evidence, field-level meaning, direct dependencies, and every registered propagation path.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 030Inclusive Experience Simulator & Repair Lab

Inclusive interaction becomes structural when visitors can select transient interface conditions, see mapped gaps, apply evidence-linked repairs, and leave without creating a persisted disability or access profile.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 031Privacy-Conscious Product Behavior X-Ray

Useful product measurement begins with a named decision, then keeps only purpose-bound, consent-aware, expiring, aggregated signals whose insight warrants their privacy and identifiability cost.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 032Consequential AI Release Readiness Harness

Release readiness is an enforceable boundary: consequence, workflow, decision evidence, inclusion, privacy, fallback, escalation, incident ownership, rollback, and accountable approval remain blockers until their records are present.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 033Adversarial System Explorer

Adversarial exploration becomes governable when goals, paths, consequences, controls, release evidence, and unresolved gaps remain explicit without turning a defensive model into exploit instructions.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 034AI Failure & Incident Reconstruction Lab

Incident learning becomes defensible when events, dependencies, actors, evidence, version changes, release state, escalation, and alternate recovery points remain explicit without turning sequence into unsupported causation.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 035Data Exit & Portability Test

Data is portable only when a complete, readable, versioned export can map into another system without silently losing required fields, provenance, or semantic structure.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 036Resilience Mode / Offline Survival Test

Resilience becomes inspectable when every capability declares dependencies, local data, fallback behavior, queued recovery, degradation state, and a portable exit path before failure occurs.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 037Feedback → Change Governance Lab

Feedback becomes governance when triage, evidence, accountable decision, traceable change, measured outcome, ownership, escalation, and communication form an ordered, inspectable loop.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 038Domain AI Evaluation Studio

AI evaluation becomes decision-ready when metrics, weights, minimums, slices, evidence, sample sufficiency, worst-slice behavior, and stable ranking remain visible instead of collapsing into one headline score.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 039Agent Work Trace Inspector

Agent work becomes auditable when plan, tools, sources, decisions, failures, branches, replay, release context, incident context, and evaluation remain linked behind the final answer.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 040AI Stop / Escalate Engine

Safe agent behavior requires an explicit, ordered decision boundary across consequence, uncertainty, evidence, tool failure, human availability, fallback, time pressure, and governed records.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 041Who Owns the AI Work?

AI work becomes governable when every declared tool, vendor, decision, and workflow has current accountable ownership, operational ownership, decision authority, and evidence.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 042Give the AI a Real Job

An AI role becomes governable when purpose, responsibilities, prohibited actions, approved tools, human review, stopping, evaluation, ownership, and inherited controls are one inspectable contract.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 043Design an AI Team

A multi-agent team becomes inspectable when roles, direct human supervision, dependencies, escalation, trace, stop controls, capacity, bottlenecks and declared cost remain one topology.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
BUILD 044Reuse the Parts That Regulation Keeps Requiring

Regulated components become reusable without becoming universal when identity, version, evidence, dates, dependencies and exact context binding travel with every part.

OPEN PUBLIC ARCHIVE →
WHAT “ALL” MEANS

Not a folder dump.

RESEARCH

Source families, evidence boundaries, provenance notes, method research, rejected approaches and technological-ceiling decisions.

CREATION

Working tools, visual masters, reusable engines, exports, media derivatives and infrastructure created by the cycle.

DECISIONS

Architecture choices, design changes, heuristics, non-claims, failure modes and what was deliberately not automated.

AUDIT

Release matrices, browser evidence, privacy/support, performance/resilience, accessibility distinctions, adversarial fixtures and media QA.

PLAN

Open threads and forward dependencies retained only when they explain what a later build is supposed to inherit or resolve.

MEDIA

The exact LinkedIn-native artifact becomes a downloadable object in the build room once its durable media ingest is complete.
